RueBaRue’s pricing page (checked 15 October 2026) states pricing is tailored to portfolio size, PMS integration, and selected products. Guest Guides are listed with custom pricing. They also publish: no setup or integration fees, free onboarding and training, a free 14-day trial, cancel anytime, and volume/franchise discounts.
Guest Guides include home and area guides, extras/add-ons and payments, Stripe, QR access and email capture, Google Maps/photos/hours/reviews, PMS integration (2-unit minimum), and an optional dedicated text number in the US and Canada. Add-on payments carry a 4.99% RueBaRue transaction fee plus Stripe’s fee, per their FAQ.
Older RueBaRue blog posts mention dollar starter prices. Those posts do not match the current “custom pricing” Guest Guides card, so we do not treat them as live list prices.
