On Hostfully’s Digital Guidebooks pricing page (checked 23 October 2026) the public tiers are Free (1 guidebook at $0), Pro (up to 199 guidebooks), and Enterprise (200+). The page does not publish a dollar price for Pro or Enterprise. We are not going to invent one.
Free includes a customizable guidebook, sponsored recommendations, and sync with Hostfully PMS and devices. Pro adds revenue tools, customizable branding, bulk editing, and instant translations to 16+ languages. Enterprise adds priority support, guidebook creation assistance, and bulk discounts.
Hostfully also lists an AI itinerary planner, print/PDF/QR access, email capture, custom domains, and a Guidebook Marketplace (1% Stripe fee if you use it for upsells). Guest Guide does not include a PMS, owner statements, or a marketplace. We prefill a guide from your listing and share a time-limited link.

Keep Hostfully if you already run their PMS, devices, or channel stack, or if you want guidebook upsells, bulk editing across many units, and translations bundled with that ecosystem.
Choose Guest Guide if the only Hostfully screen you use is the guidebook, you do not want sponsored recommendations on a free guest page, and a $49 or $99 one-time payment is simpler than a second Hostfully product.
If you only need the guest-facing book, start with Free: one guidebook at $0, with sponsored recommendations shown to guests. Pro is for operators who want up to 199 guidebooks, revenue tools, custom branding, bulk editing, and instant translations — the pricing page shows no Pro price; Hostfully's About page lists $5/month per guidebook, lower in bulk.
Enterprise covers 200+ guidebooks with priority support and creation assistance. Marketplace upsells carry a 1% Stripe fee (stated in their FAQ). None of this includes Hostfully’s separate PMS subscription if you run the full platform.
Guest Guide does not quote a monthly guidebook line: Solo is $49 once for one published guide, Pro is $99 once for unlimited. Compare renewal risk, not logo count.
Copy guide sections from Hostfully, create a Guest Guide property, paste your listing URL, merge the exported text, publish the new link, and update message templates and any QR cards in the unit.
Cancel or downgrade Hostfully guidebook billing only after you are confident in the new link. Keep screenshots of Hostfully content until one full guest cycle completes.
Standalone guides assume you paste or type codes when cleaners rotate locks. If your codes change every guest and your lock is not integrated with either tool, you are updating manually anyway — pick the editor you tolerate.
If you log into Hostfully only for the guidebook, ask: did you open any non-guide Hostfully module last month? Would losing channel sync hurt if you kept another PMS? Is owner reporting tied to Hostfully statements? If every answer is no, a guidebook-only tool is a rational cut, not a downgrade in guest experience — as long as the link is sent reliably.
Switching the guidebook without changing locks, cleaners, or listing text should not alter physics. Expect a first-week check that guests opened the new link, and a first-month template update in your messages. If support tickets spike, the issue is usually link delivery or outdated codes, not brand color.
Some cities require short-term rental permits in guest materials. Add a short permit line to the guide regardless of platform. Hostfully’s AI itinerary planner is a real product difference; Guest Guide prefills property facts from your listing. Many guests still use Google Maps. If operational info is most of your support load, optimize delivery first.
For Digital Guidebooks only: Free is $0 for one guidebook.
