Folio’s homepage (checked 15 October 2026) lists monthly pricing by published-guide count: 1–5 guides at $10/month per guide, 6–10 at $8, 11–25 at $7. Volume continues to $6 per guide at higher counts (26+), matching the public $10-to-$6 ladder. No minimums or annual contracts; you can pause. New accounts get a 14-day trial.
Published features: templates (about 10 minutes to first guide), PMS import or conversion of an existing guidebook, instant edits, co-host users, custom URLs, view tracking, photos and videos in amenity sections (up to 4 per section), cloning, QR codes, and no guest app.
Guest Guide also uses templates/AI prefill, QR, and a no-app link, plus time-limited shares. We do not advertise Folio’s co-host seats or per-guide view dashboard as matching features.
