Managing Links & Codes

The Links & Sharing page is a centralized hub for managing all access links, codes, and QR codes for your properties. You can find it in the sidebar navigation.

Page Layout

Property Selector

If you have multiple properties, a sidebar on the left lists all of them. Click a property to see its links and sessions. Each entry shows the property name, address, and amenity count. When you have a single property, the sidebar is hidden and the content area takes the full width.

Property Header

At the top of the content area, the selected property's name and address are displayed with a home icon.

Shared Guide Sessions

This section shows a table with all links associated with your guide, organized into columns: Code, Validity Period, Status, and Actions.

Permanent Guide Link

The first row is always your main guide code — a permanent 8-character code generated when the guide was created.

Validity Period: Shows "Always" with the note "This is your main code. You cannot change or delete it."
Status: Permanent (gray badge)
Actions: Copy Link and Download QR Code

This is the guide's public URL. Anyone can visit it, but sensitive content (codes, passwords) is hidden unless the viewer is the owner or has an active share session.

Below the permanent link, each time-limited share session you've created appears as a row.

Code — the session's unique 8-character code
Validity Period — formatted as start and end dates with an arrow separator (e.g. "Oct 15, 1:00 PM → Oct 16, 12:00 PM")
Status — one of three badges:
- Active (green) — the current time is within the validity window
- Upcoming (amber) — the session hasn't started yet
- Expired (gray) — the session has ended
Actions:
- Copy Link — copies the session URL to clipboard
- Edit (pencil icon) — opens a modal to change the start and end dates
- Delete (trash icon) — opens a confirmation dialog

Creating a New Session

Click the Create Session button (amber, with a plus icon) in the section header. This opens the same share modal described in Sharing With Guests.

Editing a Session

Click the pencil icon on any session row to open the Edit Share Session modal. It shows the session code and lets you update the Valid from and Valid until fields. Click Save Changes to apply.

Deleting a Session

Click the trash icon to open a confirmation dialog:

Delete Session? Guests will no longer be able to access the guide using code [CODE]. This action cannot be undone.

Click Delete to confirm or Cancel to go back.

Amenities

Below the shared sessions table, the Amenities section lists all amenities for the selected property in a table with columns: Amenity Name, Code, and Actions.

Each amenity shows:

Name with its icon (if one was assigned)
Code — the amenity's unique 8-character code
Actions:
- Copy Link — copies the direct amenity URL (/a/[code]) to clipboard
- Download QR Code — downloads a 480x480 PNG QR code image

If the property has no amenities, the section shows "No amenities for this property yet."

QR Codes

All QR code downloads throughout the page generate a 480x480 pixel PNG image. You can print these or include them in physical welcome materials for your property. QR codes link directly to the corresponding guide or amenity page.
